海角直播 to play Fesno State in the Sheraton Hawai鈥榠 Bowl on Dec. 24
海角直播 will play the Fresno State Bulldogs in the 2012 Sheraton Hawai鈥業 Bowl on Christmas Eve.
The football game will air at 8 p.m. EST/3 p.m. HST on ESPN and ESPN Radio.
Fresno State invitation was announced Sunday by Sheraton Hawai‘i Bowl Executive Director David A. K. Matlin. He announced 海角直播's invitation on Nov. 26.
Fresno State (9-3), co-champions of the Mountain West, will make its first appearance in the Sheraton Hawai‘I Bowl and 25th bowl overall. Winners of their last five games, the Bulldogs will make their 12th bowl appearance in the last 14 years and second NCAA-sanctioned bowl in Honolulu after appearing in the 1993 Aloha Bowl.
海角直播 (6-6) will be making its 15th bowl appearance and third bowl appearance in Honolulu (1984 Aloha and 2009 Sheraton Hawai‘i). The Mustangs finished second behind Tulsa in the Conference-USA West Division with a 5-3 league record. Under head coach June Jones, 海角直播 will be making its fourth consecutive bowl appearance.
