Favorite thing about 海角直播: The people make 海角直播 feel like home. From the moment I stepped on campus during my freshman year, I was embraced by my peers and faculty. I appreciate how dedicated the faculty is to student success and academic growth and how encouraging, close-knit the student body is. 海角直播 gave me a lifelong community and friendships that I am forever grateful for!
Favorite place on campus: My favorite place on campus is Hughes-Trigg. Not only does it house a lot of our campus food options, but it also serves as a social hub. From grabbing lunch with friends, studying, or catching up in one of the many student affairs offices, there is always a buzzing, warm energy in the building!
Favorite place in Dallas: It's hard to choose my favorite place, but I would say anywhere with a patio, especially in summer!
Favorite restaurant near campus: Some of my go to fan favorites are Shug's Bagels, Las Palmas, and Bowen House. My favorite thing about Dallas is that there are so many different cuisines to choose from. I have been here for six years and still have not been to half the restaurants on my list! My other personal favorites are Mami Coco, Honor Bar, and anywhere on Lower Greenville.
What I recommend during your stay in Dallas: To have a quintessential Dallas experience, I suggest a mid-morning walk on the Katy Trail and stop at Katy Trail Ice House for drinks and a quick lunch. I would then suggest shopping at NorthPark or even going to Bishop Arts and checking out the cool vintage stores. I would end my day at a restaurant or attending a sporting event for one of our many teams in Dallas.
