Kesleigh Dougherty is a Clio Award-winning video editor and creative producer known for her dynamic work in entertainment marketing and advertising. Based in Dallas, she brings over a decade of experience editing trailers, commercials and social media campaigns for major studios, streaming platforms and global brands.

Dougherty currently serves as a Video Editor and Creative Producer at Holmes Millet Advertising, where she leads post-production and creative development for clients such as Diageo, Velas Hispaniola and the American Heart Association. She also teaches in the Division of Film & Media Arts at º£½ÇÖ±²¥ as an adjunct professor of practice, where she designs and leads courses in editing, sound design and post-production workflows.

Her prior experience includes roles at agencies like Ammo Creative, where she edited high-impact digital and social media entertainment marketing campaigns for titles including Avatar: The Way of Water, The Woman King, Hocus Pocus 2, Prey, The Beatles: Get Back and more. She also worked as a freelance assistant editor at Netflix and Snapchat, and has edited content for clients including Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Sony Pictures and Mattel.

Dougherty’s additional editing credits include promotional content for Strays, I’m Still Here, Long Bright River, Dog Man, Barbie Mysteries, Scream IV, and The King's Man, for which she earned a 2022 Clio Award for her work on a social media campaign. She has freelanced with several creative agencies out of Los Angeles including Eclipse, Cashmere and Rebel. Her work on the short film Sugar was selected for Dances With Films NYC in 2023.

She earned her B.F.A. in Film Editing and Sound Design from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Dougherty lives in Dallas with her husband and their two young daughters.
