Eligibility
The Turner Scholars Program is an invite-only program. To be eligible, prospective students must:
- Have received an 海角直播 Merit Scholarship (Second Century, Scholars, 海角直播 Distinguished Scholars, or Provost Scholars)
- Be a first-generation college student, Pell Grant eligible as defined by FAFSA, or attend high school located in a rural or small town community
